Describe what you want tracked
Open Briefs, click New brief, and describe what you want to track in plain language. Briefs runs the queries, identifies the day's highlights, and stitches them into a single business-ready narrative.
Verify any number with a citation
Every figure in a Brief links back to its source. Hover any number to see exactly where it comes from — nothing in the narrative is ungrounded.
Reading a Brief
Every Brief is built to be read at a glance. A structured layout surfaces the full picture in a single scroll - and every number in the narrative is grounded, with a citation chip that traces it back to its source.
Open a Brief
Click any Brief card in your feed to open it. It opens with an In a sentence summary - the headline read of the run - followed by a So what? takeaway that puts it in context.
Scan the key metrics and visual
Below the summary, a row of metric cards highlights the numbers that moved most, each tagged with its read (for example a surge, or the main leak). Depending on your question, the Brief renders the right visual to match - like a funnel chart for a purchase-funnel question, with stages colored healthy, watch, or breaking.
Scroll to supporting insights
Scroll on for the supporting detail - per-stage or per-segment breakdowns (for example, where the funnel leaked most by channel and country) and a period-by-period table.
Read the grounded numbers
Every grounded number appears inline as a citation chip showing the value and its comparison (for example, "62.85M vs 50.13M"). DataGenie writes the narrative; your data supplies the numbers, and each chip ties the two together.
Open a citation for its source
Click any citation chip to open the source behind that number - the value, its comparison, and where it came from. The narrative and the underlying data are always one click apart.
